Session Duration Policy
Our lessons are designed to give students enough time to fully understand a topic. If a lesson occasionally runs over by up to 30 minutes, students on our Standard and Special Saving Plans will not be charged extra.
Extra time allows tutors to finish explanations, answer questions, and ensure students leave the lesson with a clear understanding of the topics
